Earlier this week, Chez Vous Caterers set up a temporary Coronavirus command tent for Mount Sinai Hospital/Victory Health Partners. In partnership with our sister company, we were able to provide this important set up for the health of all Staten Islanders. This past June, we assisted the Staten Island Yankees with throwing the Unforgettable IPA and Taco Festival and blew everyone away. Guests enjoyed their time at the Richmond County Ballpark with some Indian Pale Ales by several local breweries and sampled tacos from taco joints and food trucks from all of New York City’s five boroughs. With our long list of equipment and various menus, our staff at Chez Vous is certain that we can provide the same service for you.

Shandelee Lake Inn hosted the 2010 Mike Levine Workshop on new media for the second year in a row, catered by Chez Vous. The conference provided an opportunity for new journalists to learn about the changes and direction of their field, including the use of social networks as a key tool in the new media landscape and the importance of Twitter as a platform for citizen journalism. Guest speakers emphasized the need for journalists to blaze their own trail in the ever-changing news media landscape.
