I wanted to take this oppertunity to thank you and your gracious staff for the awesome catering job you did for us yesterday at my home in Fair Haven.
The food was fresh, expertly prepared and everything was absolutely delicious. Even though the weather was less than ideal, your wait staff was polite, friendly and attentive. The waiters made sure the food was readily available at every moment throughout the day. And the raw bar was spectacular! Everyone grabbed the delicious shrimp, clams & succulent lobster as soon as they were served. And to top it off, my guests were amazed how the seafood was never ending. Unlimited Lobster!?! That was the piece-de-resistance!
We are looking forward to doing business with you again and again in the future.

The day started off with ice cold clams on the half shell and shrimp cocktail with their specialty cocktail sauce. Steamed live lobster was prepared in CV’s jumbo pot tableside. The Lobster was served along with fresh salads, grilled chicken and corn on the cob.
An ice cream sundae bar ended the festivities.
