chez vous caterers Host North Shore Business Association Restaurant Crawl kickoff
Last night chez vous caterers hosted the North Shore Business Association Restaurant Crawl kickoff event. Event organizer Ettore Mazzei combined the event with his monthly showcase and dinner tasting where potential customers enjoy an evening of sampling house favorites.
Ettore assembled seven of the participating restaurants for the crawl to serve delectable delights. Gatsby’s on the Bay served a plum & crumbled goat cheese salad along with a mushroom pot pie. Owner Silva was on hand from Vida serving roasted vegetable cous cous. Vida is celebrating the Chopped win of their chef Sarah Pouzar.
New to the island, Toppings served a shrimp po boy and chef Warren from Daisy Duke Catering served up a slow cooked pulled pork. Tapas restaurant serve their house favorite paella & shrimp ajillo. Dock street was on hand with mini versions of old fashioned favorites, chicken & waffles served with southern gravy & grilled cheese with tomato & red pepper shooters. chez vous served hors d’oeuvres to include mini leek & red pepper empanadas, eggplant parmigiana, filet mignon on toast served with a horseradish mayo. Reowned cake designer Jackie Scaglione, who was featured on the Rachel Ray show, provided delicious cake bites. Mango martini’s and banana colada martini’s were mixed with event sponsor Drink King Beverages.
All participating restaurants are excited to showcase their talents at this years crawl on Sunday April 6th 1pm to 7pm. We have a various of restaurants that foodies will be able to taste from.
