Recently, Chez Vous Caterers, the culinary masterminds behind all of the events held at both the historic Edgewater Hall and the Shandelee Lake Inn, nestled high in the majestic Catskill Mountains, had the privilege of catering Danielle’s College Graduation at her beautiful home in Greenbrooke NJ.

While the guests arrived in Cowboy Hats and western Garb, Chef Ettore prepared a Western BBQ to include his homemade BBQ sauce, a secret recipe. The guests enjoyed his Slowed Cooked Western Beef, Maple Glazed Griled Chicken and of course the Pork BBQ Ribs accompanied with all the country fixings. Danielle two-stepped with her friends and family to the country sounds of the Jerry Pfifer band.
The fragrant flower bouquets wrapped in Western Headbands that sat on top of the Red & White checked table linens made for a perfect compliment to the evening. Tana gun-slang the tequila and top shelf liquor making sure all guests had their thirst satisfied. Ettore & the staff Chez Vous congratulates Danielle and wishes her the success she so rightfully deserves.
